Hair loss is a condition where the hair falls out from the scalp, and it can be caused by a number of factors.

The most common cause of hair loss is genetics, which means that it runs in your family.

It can also be caused by an underlying medical condition, such as hypothyroidism or anemia.

Other causes are stress, anxiety, medications, malnutrition or vitamin deficiency, chemical exposure to hair products like dyes or relaxers.

Use a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner that is specially formulated for dry hair

Avoid washing your hair more than once a day, or every other day if you have oily hair.

Try using a heat protectant before styling your hair with heat tools like straighteners or curling irons.

Trim your ends every six to eight weeks and use a deep conditioner at least once per week to keep the ends of your hair strong and healthy.

Intake enough protein and vitamins, then your body will make enough nutrients for your scalp and your hair will grow well.

Do meditation, yoga and excercise daily to nourish whole body and hair.
